At New Afro, we promote art by creatives with African backgrounds and support fair cultural exchange. If you are passionate about art, intercultural work, creative industries, and connecting cultural scenes, we welcome you to explore internships, volunteering, and future job opportunities with us.

Internships

New Afro is looking for 2-3 month trainees to support the development of cultural and creative projects. We welcome students or recent graduates interested in creative industries management, cultural marketing, creative direction, or curatorial assistance.

Trainees contribute to artistic projects, communication strategies, and international collaborations connecting African and European creative ecosystems. Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus. The internship is mostly remote and offers hands-on experience at the intersection of contemporary art, cultural production, and creative entrepreneurship.

Volunteer

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help organise and run New Afro events. Your support helps bring exhibitions, pop-ups, and community programmes to life.

Jobs

There are no open job offers right now, but we encourage you to stay connected and check back as the programme grows.
